Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end commercial property sales activities, including prospecting clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing negotiations to closure. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies,



tracking sales performance, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline for retail spaces, office spaces, SCOs, and investment properties. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with business owners, investors, and channel partners, ensuring high-quality client service and after-sales support. Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and operations teams, preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and representing Smartz Spaces at events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Strong commercial real estate sales skills, including lead generation, client consultation, property presentations, and deal closure.
Experience in account management and relationship building with business clients, investors, and channel partners.
Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
