Role Description This is a full time, on-site SCADA and Protection Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The engineer will design, configure, and implement SCADA systems, protection schemes, and communication interfaces for substations and power system projects.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing system architectures and logic diagrams, preparing engineering documents, and configuring HMIs, IEDs, and protection relays in line with IEC 61850 and related standards. The role involves performing system testing, factory and site acceptance tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting commissioning activities to ensure reliable and secure operation of protection and automation systems. The engineer will collaborate with project managers, field teams, and technology partners, provide technical support to clients, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundations in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems, including protection principles, substation equipment, and grid operations.
