Role Description The B2B School Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. This position is responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with schools and educational institutions, promoting Veranda RACE’s coaching programs and solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting school leaders, presenting offerings, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, coordinating with internal academic and operations teams to support implementation,



and tracking sales performance against targets. The B2B School Sales Manager will be expected to prepare regular reports, participate in local marketing or outreach activities, and provide feedback on market trends to inform business strategy.

Qualifications
Strong B2B sales and account management skills, with experience in selling to schools or educational institutions.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with school leadership, counselors, and other decision-makers.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suitable for stakeholder discussions.
Solid understanding of the education and competitive exam preparation market, preferably within Tamil Nadu or nearby regions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort working on-site, traveling within Tamil Nadu as
