Role Description The Presales Specialist role at Asset Tree Homes is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Presales Specialist will engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable project offerings, features, and pricing options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and delivering product presentations, responding to inquiries, and supporting the sales team with proposals and documentation. The role also involves coordinating site visits, gathering customer feedback,



and working closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead conversion. The Presales Specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools and contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes.
