About role:
MulahMoo places video editors with companies and creators across India and internationally. We’re building a standing, verified pool of editors instead of starting from zero on every mandate - and this role is the engine that fills that pool.

You’ll spend your day on the phone and on WhatsApp, finding video editors, reaching out to them, and getting them to join MulahMoo’s editor circle. This is not admin work behind a screen - it’s a calling-heavy, target-driven outreach role where your job is to have real conversations with editors, sell them on why MulahMoo is worth their time, and move them from “never heard of you” to “verified and in the pool.”

What you’ll actually do

Find editors. Source video editors from YouTube credits, Instagram/Reels credits, LinkedIn, Behance,



and our existing alumni network (5K+ trained editors) - building a daily list of people to reach out to.
Call and message them. Reach out over WhatsApp and phone calls, explain what MulahMoo does, and pitch them on joining our verified editor pool - even when there’s no live role to offer right now.
Get them through the form. Walk editors through our short intake form (11 fields, ~3 minutes) - name, phone, portfolio link, software, editing styles, CTC bands, work preference - and make sure it’s actually completed, not just sent.
Handle objections and silence. Most editors won’t reply on the first message. You’ll follow up on a set cadence, know how to re-engage someone who’s gone quiet, and not take ghosting personally - it’s the default, not the exception.
Do first-pass checks. Confirm portfolio links open and contain real work, capture the basics correctly, and flag anything that looks off before it goes further.
