The School of Management Sciences at Chanakya University is seeking applications for faculty positions in the areas of Marketing, Finance & Accounting. The role of an Assistant Professor is to engage in teaching, research, and other academic activities to contribute to the university's academic excellence and knowledge dissemination. They are responsible for nurturing students' learning, conducting research in their area of expertise, and actively participating in university service and development activities.

Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:
· Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
· Designing and developing course curricula that align with the NEP framework, and the objectives of the department and university.
· Employing innovative pedagogical methods to engage students actively in the learning process.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to students,



encouraging their academic and skilled growth.

Research and Scholarly Activities:
· Engaging in rigorous scholarly research and publication in relevant academic areas, demonstrating a commitment to contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
· Pursuing collaborative research projects, both within the department and with other faculty members and institutions, to promote interdisciplinary research and innovation.
· Apply for research grants and funding to support research activities.

Academic Evaluation and Assessment:
· Assisting in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation processes
· Design and administer assessments, examinations, and assignments to evaluate students' learning outcomes.
· Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.

Institution Development Activities:
· Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to academic go
