Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Joyshree Powerol will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to strategic objectives. This full-time, in office role based in Guwahati involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices across sales, service, and supply chain activities. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team to drive business planning, manage budgets, and support financial performance targets. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators,



identifying operational risks and opportunities, and enabling continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and customer-centricity throughout the organization.
