This role leads technical delivery across cross-functional initiatives, guiding solution design and helping teams build scalable, business-aligned systems that combine enterprise workflow platforms with AI-driven capabilities. The Tech Lead brings robust project management, Salesforce expertise, and hands-on experience building AI agents on platforms such as Claude and Agentforce. The objective is to align technology execution with business priorities while delivering well-architected, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define scope, solution approach, priorities, and implementation plans.
Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and long-term architecture goals.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for agent-building initiatives using Claude, Agentforce, and related AI tooling.




Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing agent experiences.
Drive project execution by managing dependencies, technical risks, delivery milestones, and cross-team coordination.
Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and maintainability.
Mentor engineers and developers, support technical decision-making, and establish engineering best practices.
Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to prioritize high-value use cases and operationalize solutions effectively.
Ensure solutions meet standards for governance, security, reliability, and supportability.
Time Zone Coverage: U.S. Central Time (CST); some overlap with India Standard Time (IST) is expected (Preferably, availability until 11:00 a.m. CST)
