Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, microservices-based cloud applications for the Moogsoft Cloud AIOps Platform. This role involves building distributed, event-driven backend services while contributing to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Quarkus, and microservices architecture for backend systems, and strong proficiency in JavaScript and contemporary frontend frameworks for building interactive and performant user interfaces.

You will collaborate with product management, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and secure solutions that enhance observability, performance, and reliability across the Moogsoft Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement cloud-native microservices and frontend components for the Moogsoft Cloud AIOps platform.
- Develop high-performance backend services using Java, Quarkus, and Vert.x.
- Build rich, dynamic front-end interfaces using JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue) frameworks.
- Integrate and optimize data pipelines with Kafka, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Develop and manage search and indexing capabilities with OpenSearch.
- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and backend services.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS Cloud.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and automated deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature design, sprint planning, and release execution.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skill RequirementsMandatory Skillset

Programming & Frameworks:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Familiarity with system design concepts
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.

Messaging & Data:

- Proficiency with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and OpenSearch for storage and analytics.

Cloud & Containerization:

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration and deployment.
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2, RDS, Aurora, S3, Lambda, VPC).

Testing & Automation:

- Proficiency with JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, and Cucumber for automated testing.
- Experience with Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile environments.
- Passion for scalability, performance optimization, and clean architecture.

Other RequirementsDesirable Skillset

- Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with OpenSearch Dashboards, Grafana, or Prometheus for observability.
- Exposure to AIOps, SaaS platforms, or observability systems.
- Understanding of DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
- Experience with Quarkus, Spring Boot, and Vert.x for backend services.
