Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall project roadmap and strategy.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and dependencies.
- Align project goals with business objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes across projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure resource allocation across projects.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to leadership.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage project resources and budget.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications
- Robust organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience in managing multiple projects or large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in project management.
