NThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable with cold calling, takes ownership of targets, and wants their growth opportunities to be directly linked to performance. NKey ResponsibilitiesnGenerate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales channels. NUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities. NConduct project presentations and coordinate site visits. NFollow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales. NMaintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely CRM updates. NTake complete ownership of individual sales targets and revenue numbers. NBuild strong customer relationships and drive successful closures. NPerformance & GrowthnQuarterly performance-based growth. N3 sales → 10% hiken6 sales → 20% hike NPerformance is reviewed every quarter.
