You Nwill be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/solutions, Nand providing pre-sales and post-sales support. N n Key Responsibilities: N
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads and cold Ncalling prospective clients. N
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. N
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers. N
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions. N
- Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and reports. N
- Negotiate contracts andclose sales to meet or exceed targets. N
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. N
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors,



and market conditions. N
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed. N n Key Skills and Competencies: N

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Nfields)n
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory) NPreferred Experience: N
- 2–5 years of experiencein technical sales or business development N
- Experience in industrial products, B2B Sales N
- Experience in the fasteners industry or similar industrial product categories is a Nstrong advantagen
