NYou will work closely with our sales and client services teams and play an important role in managing new enquiries, qualifying prospective clients, maintaining accurate information and supporting the sales process. NAbout the RolenYour primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients who have submitted an enquiry and guide them through the next stage of our process. NYour responsibilities will include: Nn Calling new client enquiries to verify and collect relevant information N Building rapport and creating a positive client experience N Understanding clients' property goals, circumstances and requirements N Helping clients understand the next steps in our process N Accurately recording and updating client information in our CRM N Following structured scripts, processes and sales systems N Maintaining accurate client records and documentation N Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks N Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client handovers N Following up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner NnAbout YounTo be successful in this role, you will have:
