They will own their category from the business development side to the growth side. N n n Responsibilities N nn Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners N Responsible for end-to-end selection & category growth N Manage inventory and content health N Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category N Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency N Competitive analysis and benchmarking N Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses N Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio N Run root cause analysesto provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance Nn n What you'llneed: N nn Experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred N Experience in the ecommerce industry is mandatory N Proficiency in SQLn Strong problem solving, communication and team skills N Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities N Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit N Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nn n n Who willexcel?
