Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – ERP SCM to manage and support ERP-based Supply Chain Management processes.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ERP implementation, functional support, SCM processes, system configuration, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support ERP SCM modules and business processes.
- Handle Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Order Management processes.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Support ERP implementation, configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, developers, and implementation partners.
- Handle system issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.




- Participate in testing, UAT, and change management activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, reports, and MIS.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure smooth integration between ERP modules and business applications.
