The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with asynchronous data flows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
