Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, integrating state-of-the-art models from platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems,



leveraging vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Build and manage sophisticated Agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI to create autonomous and intelligent agents.
- Apply expert-level prompt engineering techniques and develop robust LLM orchestration strategies to maximize model performance and control.
- Develop and integrate scalable REST APIs and microservices to enable seamless deployment and interaction of AI models within existing and new applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements, design architectures, and deliver high-quality AI products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI fields, continuously exploring and recommending new technologies and methodologies.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python programming and extensive experience with core AI/ML libraries and concepts.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with major Generative AI / LLM platforms including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and open-source models like LLaMA.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)



and various vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Deep expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and robust LLM orchestration techniques for optimal model interaction and output.
- Experience in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs and familiarity with microservices architecture principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
