Site Engineer – High-End Residential Projects

Location: Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh (On-site)

Studio HQ: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Role Summary:

Studio Sylus is seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site execution for a luxury residential project in Rajahmundry. You will serve as the primary in office point of contact, bridging our Bengaluru design team with local contractors, vendors, and craftspeople to ensure seamless design implementation and premium finish quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, structural adjustments, and detailed interior execution according to approved architectural drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary trades, including civil, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), custom joinery, stone/tile masonry, and high-end painting teams.





• Perform rigorous quality control inspections on materials, craftsmanship, finishes, and alignment at every phase of execution.

• Track daily site progress, maintain material inventories, and submit structured weekly status reports to the project leads in Bengaluru.

• Interpret architectural plans, interior working drawings, and joinery details to resolve site discrepancies quickly.

• Enforce site safety standards, maintain clean work environments, and adhere strictly to project timelines and delivery schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or Construction Management.

• 2–3 years of hands-on site engineering experience, preferably within high-end residential interiors, luxury villas, or hospitality projects.

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute technical 2D working drawings and architectural CAD layouts.

• Fluency in Telugu (essential for local contractor communication) and working proficiency in English (for studio reporting).

• Solid understanding of interior materials, finishes, hardware fittings, and construction techniques.

• Strong communication, vendor management, and site-level problem-solving skills.
