Krehsst Tech Solutions is launching Krehsst Talent Academy — a practitioner-led recruitment career and talent development platform, built on two decades of live TA delivery.

We are looking for a working partner, not an employee — someone who wants to build and own a training business, not run a syllabus.

1. You will own L&D; execution end to end: curriculum build, trainer bench, classroom delivery, assessment and certification design.
2. Our recruitment IP already exists — functional and technology wheels, a 14-step live workflow, sourcing, engagement, offer management, AI-enabled recruitment, MIS. Your job is to turn it into a teachable, repeatable programme.
3. Founding Cohort is deliberately small — 6 candidates.



The objective is validation, then scale to 8–9 cohorts a year.
4. What we need from you: proven L&D; execution — you have designed and personally run classroom programmes for adult learners and can show outcomes, not slides.
5. Experien ce in manufacturing L&D; backgrounds all work. Corporate training or academy set-up experience is a robust plus.
6. This is a hands-on, in-person, Pune-based role. Commercial and partnership terms will be discussed directly with shortlisted candidates.
