Opening for C++ Qt Developer, Healthcare GUI

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior C++, Qt Developer to join our

dynamic development team in Bangalore. As a C++ Developer, you will play a key role in

designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and

application logic for advanced medical Device. You will apply your expertise in C++ and

the Qt framework to deliver exceptional user experience while building high-performance,

maintainable code that meets the strict requirements of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain C++ and Qt applications in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and

other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design and implement complex algorithms and data structures.

• Optimize software performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding

standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring smooth functionality across

platforms.

• Document design and development processes, ensuring clear and concise





communication of technical requirements and solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in C++ and Qt

development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of professional experience in C++ development.

• Strong expertise in the Qt framework (Qt Widgets, QML) for developing cross

platform applications.

• Hands on in using following concepts during implementation on Linux

o Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

o design patterns

o Data Structures

o STL

o Multithreading

o gStreamer, Video/Image Processing

• Should be Well versed with multi-threaded asynchronous programming, IPC (Message

Queues, pipes etc.), Events, etc.

• Implement comprehensive Automated unit test cases preferably with Gtest tool for

confirming functionality and the quality of code.

• Experience with debugging using GDB, profiling, and performance optimization

techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

• Positive Understanding of State Machine and UML diagrams

• Work with technical team consisting of UI/UX, DevOps, Testing and Developers to deliver

the features of the product.
