Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role based in Raurkela. The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets within an assigned geography by promoting pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals, chemists, and key accounts. Daily activities include planning and executing sales visits, conducting product presentations, managing relationships with existing customers, and developing new business opportunities. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions and territory planning.



The Territory Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and coordinate with internal teams for supply, marketing, and reporting.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales, territory management, or a similar field-based role.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize territory activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of basic pharmacology, product positioning, and market dynamics in the healthcare sector.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages as required.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for reporting, planning, and data management.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or healthcare are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
