We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development - Solar EPC

Promax Power Limited is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to drive business development for our Solar EPC vertical.

Business segments:

- Utility-scale and ground-mounted solar projects
- Commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects
- Captive and open-access solar solutions
- Associated power evacuation and electrical infrastructure

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and develop current Solar EPC opportunities
- Build relationships with developers, IPPs, industries, institutions and commercial

customers

- Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate techno-commercial proposals
- Participate in tenders, negotiations and commercial discussions
- Develop channel partners, consultants and business associates
- Track market developments and upcoming solar projects
- Coordinate internally with engineering, estimation and project teams

Candidate profile:





- Relevant experience in Solar EPC sales or business development
- Understanding of ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects
- Established industry network will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
- Willingness to travel as required
