Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Engineer will work directly with customers to understand their technical and business needs, present suitable product and solution offerings, and support the sales process from initial contact through closing.
Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating demonstrations,



and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and quotations. The role also involves providing basic technical support, gathering feedback on product performance, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunities.

The Sales Engineer is expected to build strong relationships with clients, support account growth, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics
- 1-2 years experience
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client relationships and supporting the full sales cycle.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently and collaborate across teams.
- Comfort with using AI tools, MS Office, and basic reporting to track opportunities and customer interactions.
