Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented 3D Exterior Modeller responsible for creating accurate and optimised architectural models for visualisation projects. The candidate will work closely with visualisers and architects to develop clean, production-ready models from architectural drawings and BIM data.

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, and BIM files.
- Model building exteriors, site elements, hardscape, landscape, street furniture, and surrounding context.
- Ensure clean topology and optimised geometry for rendering workflows.
- Organise and maintain project files according to studio standards.
- Coordinate with visualisation artists to support rendering requirements.
- Review architectural documentation for modelling accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reusable modelling assets and libraries.
- Implement revisions and updates efficiently throughout project development.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in architectural 3D modelling.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Robust understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Excellent modelling skills with attention to accuracy and scale.
- Experience working with CAD and BIM data.
- Knowledge of scene organisation, asset management, and optimisation techniques.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar modelling software.
- Understanding of rendering workflows in Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
- Familiarity with landscape and urban context modelling.
- Experience working in architectural visualisation studios.
