Motion Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join the creative team at NISHANI , based in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur .

/n

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content while staying true to our brand guidelines .

/n

You’ll work closely with our marketing team and founders , taking briefs from concept to final execution and creating content across social media and paid advertising.

What you’ll be doing /n

/n

- Taking creative briefs and independently developing them into engaging video content

/n

- Creating motion graphics, social media videos, reels and paid ad creatives

/n

- Editing video footage and creating polished final edits

/n

- Shooting footage when required and taking ownership of the entire post-production process

/n

- Creating content that is visually engaging while staying within NISHANI’s brand guidelines

/n

- Understanding how creative needs to adapt across different platforms and formats

/n

- Bringing your own creative input and ideas to briefs

/n

- Working with the team to continuously evolve NISHANI’s visual language

/n

- Creating a mix of motion graphics, video edits, animations and other visual content

/n

- Exploring and incorporating new creative formats and techniques where relevant

/n

What we’re looking for /n

/n

- 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics / video design

/n

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

/n

- A strong creative eye and attention to detail

/n

- Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content without compromising on brand consistency

/n





- Ability to independently take a brief from idea → execution → final output

/n

- Good understanding of social media content and what makes creative work across different platforms

/n

- Understanding of paid social / performance creative and the ability to create content suited to different objectives and formats

/n

- Comfortable with both motion graphics and regular video editing

/n

- Ability to shoot and work with video footage when required

/n

- Solid sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition and transitions

/n

- Willingness to experiment and bring fresh ideas to the table

/n

/n

Experience with 3D/CGI, AI video tools or other emerging creative technologies is a bonus.

Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office
