Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Development Trainer who can train students in modern web development technologies and help them build strong practical and industry-oriented skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience along with excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Web Development concepts and technologies.

/n

- Teach students HTML, CSS, Java Script and modern web development frameworks.

/n

- Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, projects, assignments, and real-world use cases.

/n

- Develop and maintain training content, presentations, coding exercises, and project-based learning materials.

/n

- Mentor students on their projects and provide constructive feedback on their code and development practices.

/n

- Conduct assessments, coding tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations.

/n

- Help students understand responsive design, UI development, APIs, Git/Git Hub, and web application development .

/n

- Guide students in debugging, problem-solving, and writing clean and maintainable code.

/n

- Stay updated with the latest web development tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

/n

- Track student performance and provide regular feedback to improve learning outcomes.

/n

- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the training curriculum.

Required Skills

/n

/n

- Robust proficiency in HTML5, CSS3,



and Java Script .

/n

- Knowledge of at least one modern framework/library such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js .

/n

- Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals .

/n

- Good understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture .

/n

- Familiarity with Git and Git Hub .

/n

- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java will be an advantage.

/n

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

/n

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field.

/n

- Relevant industry certifications or training experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

/n

/n

- Prior experience as a Web Development Trainer, Technical Trainer, Faculty, Developer, or Mentor .

/n

- Experience in conducting classroom/online technical training.

/n

- Candidates with strong industry experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
