We're supporting a large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation for a major US energy/utility client and are looking for an experienced Data & Integrations Lead to own data migration, data quality, and systems integration for the program.

What you'll do:

- Lead end-to-end data migration strategy — legacy data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load into Dynamics 365
- Design, build, and test integrations across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services
- Define data quality standards, validation rules, and reconciliation processes ahead of and during UAT
- Act as the technical point of contact for data access, credentialing, and integration environment questions
- Support cutover planning — data freeze windows, final migration runs, go-live validation
- Produce technical documentation: data mapping specs, integration design docs, data quality reports

What we're looking for:

✅ 5+ years in data migration & systems integration, ideally in utility, energy efficiency, or other regulated industry programs

✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate,



Power BI, Dataverse)

✅ Strong working knowledge of Azure integration services (Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or similar)

✅ Proven experience designing and executing ETL/data migration at scale

✅ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven delivery setting

✅ Strong documentation habits — comfortable producing formal client-facing deliverables

✅ Willing to work in US Shifts

Nice to have:

- Experience on utility/energy efficiency (DSM/EE) program tracking systems
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure Data Engineering
- Experience witn Microsfot Fabric
