Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will oversee the client journey from onboarding through completion, ensuring smooth program participation and high-quality experiences. Daily responsibilities include conducting check-ins with clients, monitoring engagement and progress, and proactively addressing concerns or barriers to success.
The role involves maintaining detailed client records, preparing progress summaries for the coaching team,



and collaborating on retention and referral initiatives. The Client Success Manager will also help refine client touchpoints, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of LUFM’s programs and processes.
Qualifications

- Strong relationship building and customer service skills to create trust, support clients, and manage expectations effectively.
- Experience driving customer satisfaction and customer retention, with a focus on consistent follow-through and client outcomes.
- Solid analytical skills to track client metrics, interpret feedback, and identify trends that inform program improvements.
- Background in client success, account management, or coaching support within transformation, wellness, or education-focused organizations is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and clearly in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM or client management platforms; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple clients at once.
- Relevant education or training in psychology, counseling, business, or a related field is a plus, as is personal interest in mindset and personal development work.
