The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying current business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generation activities. Responsibilities include researching target markets, contacting prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels, and setting up meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, nurturing early-stage leads, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging and campaigns.



The Sales Development Representative will also provide feedback from prospects to support continuous improvement of Edenred’s solutions and go-to-market strategies.

Ability to drive Inside Sales activities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
Strong Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities.
Solid Sales capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and converting qualified leads.
Business Development mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and spot growth opportunities.
Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools; proficiency with common office and communication software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in B2B sales or technology-driven services is an advantage.
