Change With Saurabh is looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey.

/n

/n

What will you do?

/n

- Connect with clients daily through Whats App and occasional calls

/n

- Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence

/n

- Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals

/n

- Understand why a client is struggling and help them get back on track

/n

- Appreciate progress while knowing when a client needs an extra push

/n

- Identify low motivation, poor adherence or disengagement early

/n

- Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required

/n

- Build solid client relationships and contribute to better retention & results

/n

/n

Who are we looking for?

/n

Psychology / Counselling / Nutrition / Home Science / Wellness background preferred

/n





Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage

/n

Strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and different personality types

/n

❤️ Empathetic, positive and patient—but confident enough to hold clients accountable

/n

Comfortable managing multiple Whats App conversations and follow-ups systematically

/n

☎️ Comfortable speaking with clients over calls when required

/n

/n

You DON'T need to be a hardcore salesperson.

/n

We need someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, understands their mindset and can motivate them towards becoming a better version of themselves.
