What You’ll Be Doing

- Own end-to-end functional solution architecture and design for Oracle EPM Cloud engagements, ensuring solutions are scalable, well-governed and aligned to leading practices across modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting and Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
- Serve as a client-facing lead on EPM engagements, building trusted relationships with finance, FP&A; and executive stakeholders and owning overall solution and relationship health.
- Lead and mentor a team of EPM consultants, providing technical guidance, quality oversight and career development support.
- Lead complex requirements, design and prototype workshops, guiding clients through leading practices for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial close, account reconciliation and tax reporting.
- Translate ambiguous or evolving business needs into practical, fit-to-standard EPM solutions that strengthen controls and improve the quality and timeliness of information available to decision-makers.
- Remain hands-on throughout delivery while leading and overseeing configuration, testing and deployment activities across the project team, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to timelines.
- Design and oversee data integration strategy between Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other source systems, with a focus on data quality, controls and repeatability.
- Lead solution and design reviews, challenge unnecessary complexity and ensure configurations and deliverables meet Cloud Avanti's quality standards.




- Lead critical project activities including functional testing, UAT readiness, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
- Support presales and pursuit activities, including scoping, estimating, demonstrations and solutioning for recent and existing clients.
- Partner with delivery and account leadership to identify opportunities for account growth and additional client value.
- Provide post-implementation guidance, strategic optimization recommendations and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Stay ahead of the Oracle EPM Cloud roadmap, AI capabilities and emerging functionality, advising clients and internal teams on adoption strategy.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience, including significant solution leadership responsibility across multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Demonstrated experience owning functional solution architecture across two or more of the following: Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting and/or Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
- Deep hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud configuration experience, with the ability to independently design, configure, review and troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated EPM solution design across multiple applications and complex finance processes.
- Experience mentoring, coaching or managing consulting teams, with a track record of developing talent.
- Experience supporting presales activities, including scoping, estimating and solution design for EPM pursuits.
- Strong executive presence, with a proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders, including North American clients.
- Strong functional understanding of finance and FP&A; processes,



including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial close, account reconciliation and/or tax reporting.
- Experience with Oracle EPM data integration capabilities and integrating EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or other source systems.
- Familiarity with EPM Automate and other Oracle EPM administration and automation capabilities.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences across time zones.
