We are seeking a responsible and organized Store In -Charge to oversee daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the smooth receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, documentation, and warehouse operations, preferably in the heavy equipment, automobile, or manufacturing industry.
Requirements
- 1 -5 years of experience is a must.
- Manage day -to -day store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Handle material inward and outward processes.
- Verify and record Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material dispatch.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Maintain store documentation and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses.
