Requirements

We are looking for an experienced AtScale Consultant / Data Modeler to design and optimize multi-dimensional semantic data models that power enterprise analytics and AI. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and clients to translate complex requirements into scalable, governed data solutions using the AtScale platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize multi-dimensional data models within the AtScale platform

- Enable seamless integration with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel

- Collaborate with clients to translate business and AI requirements into technical solutions

- Lead technical discovery sessions and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

- Manage and maintain:
- Network servers





- Technology tools

- Security protocols (access controls, firewalls)

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades

- Support migration from legacy systems to contemporary semantic layer architectures

- Build and maintain governed semantic models for trusted analytics

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on adoption of AtScale’s Universal Semantic Layer

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–10 years of experience in:
- Data Modeling / BI / Analytics Engineering

- Strong experience with:

- AtScale platform (preferred) or similar semantic layer tools

- Expertise in:

- Multi-dimensional modeling (OLAP, star/snowflake schemas)

- Data warehousing concepts

- Hands-on experience with BI tools:

- Tableau

- Power BI

- Excel

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Exposure to:
- AI/ML data consumption patterns

- Data governance frameworks

- Familiarity with:

- Data lakes / lakehouse architectures

- ETL/ELT pipelines

Soft Skills

- Strong client-facing and communication skills

- Ability to lead discussions and PoCs independently

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

- Experience in enterprise analytics modernization projects

- Knowledge of security frameworks and access governance

- Prior consulting or customer-facing experience
