You will be responsible for turning raw footage into compelling videos that tell our brand story across social media, ads, and internal communications. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and current video trends.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing & Post-Production- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, YouTube, website, and events- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, music, and color gradingContent Adaptation- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and quality across all videosCollaboration- Work with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project goals- Take briefs and deliver edits within agreed timelinesAsset Management- Organize and archive footage, project files, and final exports- Stay updated on editing tools,



trends, and platform best practicesRequirements & Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of professional video editing experience. Portfolio requiredTechnical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and/or DaVinci ResolveDesign Skills: Basic motion graphics and animation skills in After Effects is a plusCreative Skills: Robust sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound designOther: Familiarity with social media formats and trends.
