- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to banking products and services.
- Provide accurate information on various banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits, etc.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics like call volume, conversion rates, etc.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts simply over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and regulations would be an added advantage.
- Freshers can also apply for this role with no prior work experience required.
