We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand across digital, print, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful creative concepts, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Job Description

- Lead the design and execution of high-quality creatives for digital, print, social media, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Conceptualize and deliver innovative visual solutions aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, motion creatives, and campaign assets for multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and overall visual communication.
- Collaborate with the Creative Head, Marketing Team, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop campaign concepts.
- Review, guide, and mentor junior graphic designers to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Retouch, manipulate, and enhance images and creative assets as required.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare final artwork for print, digital publishing, and production.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 46 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CorelDRAW.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior designers.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, campaigns, print, and video work.
