1. Scope of the role

- Thorough Knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit and Diallux

- Through Knowledge in MS Excel / Power Point

- Travel extensively to the Project sites for the quantity assessment and evaluation of projects.

- Preparation of as Built Drawings for MEP Projects related to infrastructure projects, Star Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Airport projects, Metro projects / Retail projects etc.

- Responsible for design and Autocad drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. and plumbing, drainage and fire fighting layouts.

- Responsible for drawing and preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc.,

- Responsible for site survey, preparation of As Built Drawings, Quantity take off etc.,

- Responsible for design and Autocad Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm,



fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.,

- Responsible for COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

4. The right person

BE Electrical & electronics from a reputed college

Two / Threeyears of experience in the Infrastructure projects/ High rise buildings / or Retail industry as MEP engineer

Should be Innovative

Should possess good communication skills and high degree of analytical and logical skills

Should have Critical Design Thinking

Candidate should have the zeal for hard work and should be able to do collaborative team work.

Candidate should be versatile with work timings to meet project deadlines.

Candidate with very pleasant attitude.
