Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Contribute to the integration of Microsoft solutions with other commercial technologies.
- Assist with change management activities by supporting coordination efforts with internal teams and third-party consultants, participating in project planning, and helping with documentation and execution.
- Support the administration of Microsoft 365 tenant(s) by assisting with tasks such as monitoring system health and following established security policies with other members of the Microsoft team.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, job aids, user education collateral, and standard operating procedures.




- Work with business teams to gather requirements and assist in delivering solutions under supervision; help support process improvements and learn how to optimize Microsoft technologies throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing expertise.

Experience

- 2+ years experience as a Microsoft Technical Engineer or similar information systems role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of change management process and leading practices.

Qualifications
