We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer roll-out processes.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined turnaround times.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Manage employer branding initiatives on job portals and social media channels.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring analytics for management review.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Robust understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment management tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, or manufacturing roles will be an added advantage.
