KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer interactions through Voice, Chat, Email and Blended Processes.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, professional and timely solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests and escalations with patience and professionalism.
- For international voice processes, confidently communicate with US/UK customers.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.
- Identify customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interaction records and case details.
- Follow defined SOPs, process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.




- Meet assigned Quality, Productivity, TAT, CSAT and process targets.
- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Take complete ownership of customer concerns until proper resolution and closure.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new processes, products, systems and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute towards overall business objectives.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Communication is the KEY requirement.

We are looking for candidates with excellent to very excellent English communication skills.

Candidates should have:

- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Excellent pronunciation, clarity and confidence while speaking.
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
- Professional and positive communication style.
- Ability to understand customer concerns quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work on multiple systems and applications.
- Good typing and written communication skills for Chat/Email profiles.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.




- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced BPO environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US/UK shifts.

WORK SCHEDULE

- 5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Week-Offs
- US/UK Shifts for International Voice Processes
- Two days' weekly off as per business/process requirements

RELOCATION BENEFITS

Candidates relocating to Jaipur may be eligible for:

10,000 Relocation Bonus
