Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through Voice, Chat & Email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
- Understand and resolve issues related to Websites, Hosting & Servers.
- Assist customers with basic website-related technical queries.
- Identify issues, perform troubleshooting and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Maintain excellent customer experience while handling technical queries.

Required Technical Skills





Candidates should have good working knowledge of:

- API
- HTML
- CSS
- Widgets
- WordPress
- Web Hosting
- Server

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with 1 year of relevant technical support experience preferred.
- Fresher candidates with robust technical knowledge may also apply.
- Excellent English Communication Skills both verbal and written.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
