1. Inventory & Batch Management

- Maintain optimum inventory levels across warehouses/depots to balance working capital and service levels.
- Implement batch-wise inventory tracking and FEFO (First-Expiry First-Out) practices.
- Monitor product expiry proactively and minimize inventory write-offs through timely liquidation planning.

2. Warehouse Operations

- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities including inward, GRN, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure products are stored appropriately with complete batch traceability.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, documentation and process discipline.
- Monitor warehouse stock accuracy and support periodic physical stock audits.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and applicable product storage and handling requirements.

3. Procurement Coordination

- Strengthen procurement planning based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and production schedules.
- Build and maintain strong coordination with manufacturers, vendors, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely material/product availability.

4. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

- Coordinate Sales Order processing and ensure timely order fulfilment across all channels.
- Ensure accurate dispatch documentation and system updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing and dispatch.

5. Logistics & Delivery Coordination





- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely shipment movement.
- Track pending, delayed, undelivered and returned shipments.
- Maintain logistics and delivery status reports.
- Escalate courier/3PL SLA deviations to the Manager.

6. Returns & Expiry Management

- Track customer/distributor returns, damaged products and undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate return-to-warehouse and return-to-vendor activities.
- Maintain records of expired and near-expiry inventory.
- Support approved liquidation/write-off processes.

7. MIS, Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports covering inventory, procurement, warehouse and logistics.
- Ensure timely and accurate PO, GRN, inventory and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain audit-ready records and trackers.
- Support internal and external audits.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:-

- Experience handling courier/3PL partners.
- Exposure to demand planning and procurement coordination.
- Understanding of product storage and handling requirements.
- Working knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities with accuracy and discipline.
