Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of PMS (Performance Management System) policies and practices.
- Experience in payroll processing, performance appraisal systems, training & development programs.
