Mortgage Broking Support Officer wanted for Australian Finance Firm in Hyderabad
We are an Australian Accounting & Finance firm with an offshore office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. We are currently seeking professionals with experience in Mortgage Broking or Loan Processing.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage Broking or Loan Processing
- Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and reading)
- B.Com. or M.Com. MBA Finance qualified candidates preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing and Submitting the loan applications
- Calculating the borrowing capacity or Serviceability
- Ordering the Valuations
- Applying for pricing
- Supporting the Mortgage Broking team on-site
