Job Summary: The Developer is responsible for building, customizing, and supporting Oracle CX and other applications the role focuses on coding, testing, and deploying solutions as per design specifications. The Developer ensures smooth integrations, timely bug fixes, and provides day-to day technical support for business applications under guidance from Functional resources Our exact requirements which we expect for this role are pointed as below.
Role & responsibilities
• Should have implementation experience of Oracle CX modules, Sales, Services and Field services.
- Oracle CX Saas (groovy scripting) and page configurations
- Development of custom pages using VBCS.
- Should have experience in development of Inbound and outbound integrations using OIC.
- Develop Oracle CX custom objects and extensions using Application Composer
- Write Groovy scripts, workflows, and field updates to meet business needs
- Build reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI
- Support integration development using SOAP/REST APIs, ICS components, and VBCS
- Conduct unit testing of developed code, prepare test documentation, Support system testing, UAT, and bug fixing
- Deploy approved changes between environments following IT governance
- Provide technical support for incidents and Jira tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in Oracle CX applications
- Escalate complex issues to senior developers or vendors
• Work closely with functional consultants to clarify requirements and collaborate with senior developers for code reviews and best practice adoption
