Role & responsibilities

- Must have experience in Process Development, Process Troubleshooting and Cycle Time Reduction through scientific process optimization.
- Exposure to Process robustness, Equipment capability assessment, Risk assessment (QRM/FMEA), and Continuous improvement will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of cGMP, regulatory expectations, and technology transfer documentation.

Preferred Profile:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive cross-functional projects involving Production, QA, QC, Engineering, R&D; and Regulatory Affairs.

Positive communication, technical documentation and project execution skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of QTPP, QTP, CMA, CQA, and CPP. Hands-on experience in Technology Transfer, Scale-up, Scale-up Calculations, Process Validation, Product Transfer and Process Characterization. Sound knowledge of OSD, Semi-solid and Liquid manufacturing and packing operations.
