As a BD Executive, you will drive company growth by sourcing, pitching, and onboarding new hotels across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, meet, and onboard potential hotels.
- Present Jox Stays solutions to hotel owners/managers
- Build solid, long-term stakeholder relationships
- Maintain lead records and reports
- Coordinate with BD & Operations for seamless onboarding
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree; Hotel Management or Business/Sales preferred
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Proven sales or hospitality BD experience (mandatory)
- Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to travel frequently
