Job Role:
1. Lateral Hiring & Delivery
Manage and lead end-to-end lateral hiring across mid to senior-level roles . Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate communities. Oversee assessments, market intelligence, and talent mapping initiatives.
2.Business Development & Revenue Growth
Own and deliver revenue targets for the region through lateral hiring mandates. Identify and develop recent business opportunities across sectors. Strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent delivery excellence.
3.Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior business leaders and hiring managers. Conduct negotiations with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. Provide clients with industry insights, compensation benchmarks, and market analysis.
4.Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence. Foster a high-performance culture focused on outcomes and client satisfaction.
