Role & responsibilities

The Area Head for Affordable Housing Finance / Affordable Mortgage Loans (AFHL) leads and scales regional housing and property loan portfolios with complete branch P&L; ownership. The role focuses on open-market sourcing, local developer/dealer partnerships, and team management.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in Affordable Home Loans / Affordable Mortgage Loans / LAP / Housing Finance.
- Candidates should have solid Open Market sales experience.
- Must have proven experience in handling and managing a sales team in the Open Market channel.
- Should have experience driving business through direct sales, connectors, DSAs or other relevant open-market sourcing channels.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, market mapping,



dealer/connector relationships and business development.
- Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets and maintaining portfolio quality.
- Good exposure to team productivity, manpower planning, recruitment, training and performance management.
- Should be capable of managing business across multiple locations/branches, depending on the assigned geography.
- Strong coordination with Credit, Risk, Operations and Product teams is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid leadership, market knowledge and business acumen
