Elevate is looking for young and dynamic candidate to work as Associate for the Docketing team who will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of IP filings, deadlines, and related documentation. This role involves tracking critical dates, updating docketing systems, and ensuring compliance with both domestic and international filing requirements. The specialist collaborates closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure timely and efficient processing of all IP filings. Specifically, the Associate - IP Management System will
- Assist attorneys with paralegal tasks related to IP management.
- Prepare Information Disclosure Statements (IDS).
- Support patent proofreading and term adjustment processes.
- Learn and support patent/trademark docketing procedures.
- Assist in preparing and filing new applications at USPTO, EPO, or PCT.
- Prepare client reports and maintain documentation.
Experience
- 1 years of experience in IP domain (freshers can apply).
